What data we process
When you send the contact form or contact us directly, we may process your name/company name, email address, phone number, message content and technical information required to deliver the service.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, establish or perform cooperation, protect the website from abuse and — only after consent — measure website and advertising performance. Depending on the situation, the legal basis may be steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligations or your consent.
Processors and recipients
Website hosting and forms may be provided by Netlify. If analytics/advertising is enabled, Google services may be used after consent. Email providers and other technology suppliers may process data only to the extent needed to provide their services.
Retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, cooperate, fulfil legal obligations or defend claims. Consent-based data may be processed until consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable retention obligations.
